Lemongrass
Lemongrass' anti-fungal, anti-microbial, and anti-bacterial properties make this herb a powerful ally during cold and flu season. It's cooling quality may even be helpful for someone with a fever.
Most folks are familiar with lemongrass for its use as a bug repellent. Keeping lemongrass around outside will help ward off mosquitoes and other pests!

Tea/Infusion: Steep 2 tbs of Lemongrass in 12oz of water. Steep for up to 30 mins. Strain and enjoy.
Pairs well with ginger and lemon!
