All of our herbs and herbal blends are caffeine-free. We do have a small selection of caffeinated teas, however you will find 90% of our offerings are free of caffeine.

Not all herbs are suitable for folks who are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or are breast/chest feeding. Please do your research and/or consult with your birthing team to find the right herbs for your needs.
